Royal William Yard, Plymouth

A Grade I listed former Royal Navy victualling yard on Plymouth’s waterfront, restored as a destination of restaurants, bars, independent shops and apartments. The yard sits at the western end of the Plymouth Waterfront Walkway, a 9.3-mile route that runs along the harbour. Devil’s Point, a short walk away, still has visible Second World War coastal defences, and the Mount Edgcumbe ferry runs from the yard across to Cornwall in summer.
