Huntick Retreat Campsite
Huntick Retreat is a peaceful, adult-only touring and camping site in the Dorset countryside near Lytchett Matravers, a few miles from Poole and a lovely base for Corfe Castle, Swanage and the Purbeck coast. There are hard-standing serviced pitches and grass pitches, most with a 10-amp electric hook-up, plus clean toilets and showers and free WiFi.
Dogs are very welcome and kept on a lead around the site, and there is a little on-site woodland area for a leg-stretch. You can add up to four dogs to your booking, at no extra charge. It is genuinely quiet and restful in the evenings, and we loved coming back to it after a day on the coast.
