North Sands

A sheltered, sandy cove just outside Salcombe town, with a car park and public loos a couple of minutes away. Dogs are welcome year-round, which is unusual on this stretch of coast. The Winking Prawn is over the road if you want lunch and a sandy dog underfoot. There is no lifeguard cover, so keep an eye on the tide.
